Keeping the outside, out

Unlike many of our competitors we use 100mm thick PIR insualtion boarding, 360 degrees in our garden rooms as standard. This creates what we call the insulation envelope, keeping you warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Do I need planning permission for my garden room?In most cases planning permission is not required for a garden room so long as building regulations and permitted development guidelines are adhered to. In short the building cannot exceed 2.5m in height, be larger than 30m2 or cover more than 50% of your garden space. How long does it take for a garden room to be installed?All garden rooms are different in their own ways. We typically allow 3 weeks to complete a standard size garden room but this can change dependant on access, weather and if the building is a complex design.

I already have a shed in my garden, can I also have a garden room?Yes absolutely, the only thing to keep in mind is that the total square metreage of all outbuildings within your garden cannot exceed 30m2. For example if you have a shed that is 2.5m x 2m (5m2) and is staying in place, the garden room will need to be 25m2 or less.

How much do garden rooms cost?Our garden rooms start from £13k. All of the rooms are different so they are difficult to price without doing a free survey. The surveys are very quick to do and we aim to get designs and quotations across on the same day. If you are in a hurry we are happy to give an estimate based on sizes and a couple of photos.
